Where does package ship from?
Our warehouse is based in China. When package lands in your country, it will be delivered by local carrier.

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.
Customers agree to take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, LaceMade cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.(For example. The tracking information shows which delivered in 10th,you could request a return before 18th.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by LaceMade when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items /gift cards / Custom order
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We don’t refund shipping fees.

Return one of items(not all) : when we refund, we will deduct 5$ from refund of item. (Only charge one)
Return all items:when we refund, we will deduct 10$ from total refund.
I received the corset in the package and it was in good shape. Just by looking at it, it was really beautiful; however, when I tried it on, the corset didn't meet the expectations of my body shape, of course. The reason for this is that I ordered a size medium and not a size extra small or small (I'm a petite person). Also, this was my first time shopping on the Lacemade website. I first ordered the corset in size small because the extra small was not available, so I waited a few days for any updates on my package; however, I received an email that the corset (size small) was already out of stock because someone forgot to change the availability status online. It's a good thing that I got my refund.
Because the size I wanted was out of stock, I was thinking that I shouldn't buy this corset, but I liked it so much that I decided to buy a size medium (as another email I got was suggesting it since the corset is adjustable) instead (looks like my curiosity got the best of me lol). I didn't have that many expectations when ordering the size medium compared to the size small, but I might as well give it a try. Although the fitting didn't satisfy me (as expected), it wasn't a bad experience. I was able to pull the corset off by wearing a shirt (both short-sleeved and long-sleeved, and plain and buttoned) and added a nice jacket! It's good to find ways to be able to pull off a corset (or any type of clothing) that doesn't fit or satisfy your fashion taste.
